After your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a Google Meet link to join the session. Using this link, you can join the session at the scheduled date and time. Additionally, you can also join the session by clicking the "Join Session" button on the appointment details page of your Hypoworry account profile.

The Google Meet link for your therapy session will be sent to you via email immediately after your appointment is confirmed. You can find this link in your email and join the session at the scheduled date and time. Additionally, you can also access the link through the "Join Session" button on your Hypoworry profile page.

To reschedule your appointment to a different date, log in to your Hypoworry account and go to the "My Appointments" section. Select the appointment you wish to reschedule and click on the "Reschedule Appointment" option. Then, you can choose a new date and time that is suitable for you.

If you experience a technical issue during a therapy session, first try checking your internet connection. If the problem is due to a connection issue on the psychologist's end, you can reschedule the session for a later time. However, sessions that cannot be conducted due to client-related connection issues will be considered completed and won't be repeated.

When you log in to your Hypoworry account, you can find the "My Appointments" section in the main menu. In this section, you can see a list of your past and upcoming appointments.

On the Hypoworry platform, you have the ability to communicate with your therapist outside of sessions. You can message your therapist using the messaging feature within the Hypoworry application.
